The Budhil Park

I stayed alone. I told the staff at the counter that my would be with me for breakfast. But they charged for him after completing the breakfast. This is very bad. You can't treat your customers like this. I did spend 15 minutes explaining to the staff on site and also spoke with the manager. The minimum I expected was to not charge that extra amount. I would never return to this hotel nor recommend it to anyone.

The restaurant was good. The breakfast had a limited spread but the quality of food was good. The staff were helpful and courteous.

Only Local channels on TV and it was not a smart TV so kind of useless. The toilet hardware needs some repair. The hot water in shower was inconsistent with cold water pouring after some time. Bookings.com didnt communicate about our booking and we had to wait for 15 mins for confirmation of booking.Sad part was there was no direct phone line for connecting to bookings.com. When messaged on the app there was still no reply. Not a happy experience with Booking.com

It was excellent stay, room and bathroom was clean and hygiene. Staff response was good no complaints.Location also good, near to most of the city attractions.Adding to it restaurant food was tasty.

Restaurant serving time can be improve, they are taking lot if time after ordering the food.

The room was clean as was the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Both the bed linen and towels were clean and freshly laundered. The food at the hotel (both the buffet breakfast and a la carte) was good and the staff was very helpful.

They played instrumental music rather loudly in the passages. We had to ask them to turn it off/down a couple of times. The bathroom was a bit cramped.

Rooms were spacious, Good ambience, one thing to compliment that all staff were Very Helpful and friendly, Manisha from front office was extremely Helpful and kind.

As far as Double occupancy is concerned, Room no 103 Bed was very small for two people to stay.bathroom exhaust fan was not there, hence bathroom was not at all comfortable. Room service menu was also not provided.

Property was clean and looks new. Though the hotel is small it is well laid out. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The Hotel is located in a small street. But is central.

Very clean and staff very co-operative. Mr. Vijay at reception was very helpful and other staff as well. Rooms were clean, and room service was excellent. I will surely visit again.

The location of hotel is good and near to main road.Service and hospitality are fantastic. The complimentary breakfast is awesome. Overall the hotel Budhil Park is very good.

No 2 wheeler parking available.

Breakfast was tasty, and the service was extremely nice everyone was so polite and decent. loved it and will definitely be back here and would love to recommend everyone about this place on Visakhapatnam.

They have just reopened after a long 2 year renovation so other than that all others were negligible.
